Steppin' Out Saturday {5}...

I know, I know...I keep doing "Steppin' Out Saturday" posts that are actually from our Friday nights out, but it just keeps working out that way. Either Dave has a show or there's something we're supposed to go to on a Friday and then we spend Saturday in just relaxing, but you guys don't mind right? Right?!

So this Friday Dave had a show here in Wichita at The Donut Whole...I had been excited about this show all week because I haven't had a doughnut in forever and theirs are amazing. Plus as you all know, I love watching Dave play live! For those of you who have heard his music, but never seen him live- you are missing out! His album is fantastic, but when he plays live there is just this energy, passion, and excitement about him that takes the show to another level...so if you have a chance to come see him, DO IT! Oh and for those of you who haven't even heard his music, go here...

Anyways, the show went really well...as far as the music goes...everyone was loving it and there was a great crowd. As for me, I was in pain the whole time, as I said in my previous post I started not feeling well Friday night (woke up Saturday with a 99.6 fever)...I tried my best to keep a smile on my face since I was sitting at a table selling the albums. But they gave us a box of free doughnuts that I had to wait to eat until I felt better...so worth it.
