This weekend Dave and I had something completely unexpected thrown our way. Good, but unexpected, and quite a lot to take in. I can't tell you what it is yet (I know, that makes me one of those people)...but I can tell you it's crazy/exciting/scary/exhausting and leaves us feeling hopeful.
We are all over the place with our emotions right now (oh wait, I think that's just me), but it's been a wild ride since the moment we got to North Carolina and it doesn't look like things are slowing down any time soon. But that's ok, it's an adventure and I know someday we are going to love telling all of our stories and we will laugh at every little bit of it. Worrying just adds unnecessary stress. It's best to let it go, let God, and let it be...
*Disclaimer: no, I'm NOT pregnant, I just had to throw that out there because I know someone would have asked!
Even though I'd be super happy if you were prego, I'm glad you mentioned that's not what the announcement is, now my mind can relax, haha! Anyway, I am super excited for y'all and can't wait till you announce what it is!! :)
ReplyDeleteGood luck with everything! Can't wait to read about what it is :)
ReplyDeleteStill have you both in my thoughts and prayers! I know whatever decision you guys make will be the right one...because you're following God and his perfect plans! Can't wait to hear the verdict! HUGS!
ReplyDeleteAmen!!! You have such a great outlook on life. Can't wait to hear the news :)
ReplyDeleteLove the disclaimer because it does sounds like pregnancy news! I have faith that you will get through whatever it is y'all are going through.
ReplyDeletehaha I'm glad you posted the disclaimer, because I was sure you were pregnant until I read the last line!
ReplyDeleteIt's all gonna be ok, friend! Good luck!
Let it be! One of my favorite songs & favorite quotes. I have it tattooed on my left side actually... although due to it's location I forget it's there half the time!
ReplyDeleteBut that's exactly what you need to do in these crazy hectic times. Let it be. Whatever comes your way will come your way and it all happens for a wonderful, sometimes magical reason. Love you girl!
Glad you put that disclaimer out there, because that was my first thought! Would not be a bad thing, but it is usually better when you are wanting it to happen . . . hope all goes well for you!
ReplyDeleteI was about to ask you if you were preggers! lol... glad you set me straight! Don't you worry your pretty little head, God will take care of y'all. We are moving to Georgia next week and we gotta just let go and let God.
