Progress...

Ok, so I have posted before about the fact that I can bake with the best of them, but I'm working on my cooking. I hope you'll be as excited as I was to know that this morning I made my first ever omelette! I know, it's not something super extravagant, but it's progress!

Last time Dave made them for us I watched very closely and he told me what he was doing (I'm a visual learner) and today I did it all by myself! Ok, he was right there with me giving tips, but hey gotta start somewhere right? :)

I used organic free-range egg whites, Mexican cheese, and slices of tomato...and of course I added some Sriracha on top...delicious!
