Skinnygirl chocolate cake with peanut butter glaze...

So that cake I showed you a picture of last week? Beyond. Amazing. Like I said, I will definitely be making this cake again. It is a recipe from Bethenny Frankel's book The Skinnygirl Dish...and we all know how much I love Bethenny. I couldn't resist sharing this recipe, it's just too good! Below is what I used to make the cake/glaze, mine is slightly different than the one in the book...

For the cake~

Ingredients:
-1 1/4 c wheat flour
-1 c natural sugar
-1/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder
-1 tsp baking soda
-1/2 tsp sea salt
-1 c warm water
-1 tsp real vanilla extract
-2 tbsp sunflower oil
-1 tsp white vinegar

Preheat oven to 350. Put all of the ingredients in mixing bowl and stir until combined. Pour batter into pan (I used a   pan) coated with cooking spray. Bake 15-20 minutes. Let cool and then top with the peanut butter glaze.

For the glaze~

Ingredients:
-1/2 c natural sugar
-2 tbsp canola oil
-2 tbsp coconut milk
-2 tbsp chunky natural peanut butter
-2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until sugar is dissolved.
