What's for dinner {5} // Vegetarian Fried Rice Recipe

Monday Dave and I cooked this meal up and I knew you all would love it so I made sure to take pictures for you all, you know, because I'm nice like that :) Again, this was another meal that was so easy, cheap, and oh so delicious!

Vegetarian Fried Rice // Home is with You

Cook some brown rice, we used our rice cooker, but a pan would work just fine too...

Slice up some extra firm tofu and saute it in a pan, we poured some sunflower oil in the bottom first and then sprinkled the tofu with cayenne pepper and a bit of low-sodium soy sauce...

Add the rice to the tofu, pour in a can of chop suey, and add your favorite sauce...we used General Tso's, so good! Mix it all up...

  5. This is a fun linky party. I'll try to join you next week. I'll tell you what's NOT for dinner ever again... the nasty pork chops and creamed cauliflower I made last week. Gross!
