I believe we get one life and why would you ever want to waste it on things that you don't care about and that don't make your heart beat a little faster?
My best friend does tax and that's her thing, she's been my favorite little math nerd since forever so I'm not surprised that she ended up in that career field and loving it (even though she is exhausted this time of year). Doesn't have to be something out of the norm, just do what you love and what ignites you to learn more.
That being said, photography has always been one of those things for me. Since my grandpa got me my first digital camera I've always loved taking pictures of everything, especially the gorgeous outdoors and the people I love. I get excited capturing the little moments that a lot of people let pass them by.
The class was held out at Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center here in Austin and unfortunately it was cold and stormy that day. I'm hoping to get back out there soon to take some pics of the pretty flowers!
Dave woke me up that morning with a pre-made egg-white sandwhich (that I just had to pop in the toaster oven) and an amazing salad he'd packed me for lunch...yes that has crab and feta on top...I'm a lucky woman :)
I furiously took notes all day and tried to let everything they were teaching me set in. The class just got me excited to learn even more (and of course now I want all of these fancy gadgets I can't afford).
So tell me, what are you passionate about?
