Our Wedding: Getting Ready and Pre-Ceremony

The weather can be so hit and miss in Kansas in the early spring. All week my phone was telling me that we would be having thunderstorms the day of the wedding and I was hoping at praying they were wrong since I really wanted some pictures outside. Luckily it turned out to be a gorgeous spring day (pretty windy- but it's Kansas, what can I say)...the sun was shining and it was perfect...

The hairdresser at my Mom's shop that did my hair kept yelling at me to freak out..she kept saying, "you're too calm, you're scaring me!" Hehe, I was a stress-free bride...

The necklace my Dad bought my Mom and I both to wear...so sweet
